Abstract :
We present a pedagogical approach that pushes students toward a space in which they pose and solve authentic questions. Such an approach does help students develop a conceptual framework, but more importantly engages them in developing key competencies, and gives students ownership of their learning. The approach has connections to design learning research emphasizing the importance of both generative and deep reasoning questioning in the learning process
