  • Abstract
The clean burning and generating electricity of sewage sludge in recycling fluidized bed boiler requires the bed temperature must be controlled within a given range. Based on the operation characteristics of sludge combustion in recycling fluidized bed boiler and with furnace outlet temperature as the control parameter, a bed-temperature fuzzy controller is designed. Mind evolutionary computation (MEC) is adopted to obtain fuzzy control rules. In order to accelerate the process of search and convergence, some modification of MEC such as setting up forbidden area, adaptive distributed variance and convergence condition, is applied, so that the efficiency of generating fuzzy control rules was improved. The simulation results show that the system has excellent control performance and can secure the stability of main steam pressure and bed temperature while satisfying the loading requirement. It has important reference values for sludge combustion control in recycling fluidized bed boiler.
