Abstract :
With the rapid development of Internet, e-commerce has become an important development trend in the information age. More and more people are online shopping, so it is necessary for customer to select e-commerce website with high credible degree to shopping. In order to assess the credibility of e-commerce websites and select appropriate e-commerce website, the appropriate evaluation methods are needed. Considering these, the paper establishes a credit evaluation model using of the fuzzy grey comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the credit of e-commerce website .An e-commerce website is evaluated by the high credible model and the evaluation results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model in dealing with the fuzzy and gray nature of experts´ judging information.
