Abstract :
We prepared electrochromic WO/sub 3/ thin films. These films show a considerable optical reflectivity switching effect in the near-infrared range. The post oxygen plasma treatment can improve the modulation amplitude and extend the modulation range. This near-infrared reflectivity modulation has special usage in an energy efficient "smart window".
