Abstract
In many Petri net applications, resource is usually modeled as a token. Conservation of resources is an important property that holds for many real problems. Uncertainties such as resource failures falsify the resource conservation property and invalidate many existing Petri net theories. In case of resource failures, reanalysis of perturbed systems is required. However, reanalysis is usually inefficient. Robustness analysis provides an alternative way to analyze a perturbed system. Our previous research unveiled the robustness of liveness of a subclass of PN. In this paper we extend the robustness analysis to complex processes.
