Abstract :
A design of 45° phase shifter which operates at ultra wideband (UWB) operating frequency is presented in this paper. The design employs multilayer technology to achieve a broad coupling and compact size. The simulation result shows that the proposed phase shifter is acceptable to be used for UWB application. Parametric analysis on the dimension of the square patch will be carried out to observe the performance of the phase shifter.
