Abstract :
Based on discussing the connotation of knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing, this paper analyzes the necessity of knowledge sharing and its significant roles in enterprise knowledge management. This paper also puts forth some feasible suggestions for improving and implementing enterprise knowledge sharing.
