Abstract :
Loss allocation to each user based on fair and justice is the main content of electrical power transmission cost reasonable allocation in Electricity Market. Making use of the uniqueness of Shapley value and distinctive features of shapley theorem, power sources and load are regard as players in a union. That is transform power source to equivalent voltage source and load to impedance based on Thevenin theorem, then applicate dissipation power revert component fix each branch dissipation power for every power sources. Carries on the summation of all branches´ dissipation power causing by one power source, then obtains the electrical network loss which this power source causes. Finally losses assign in proportion to this power source and all loads which supplies power by it. The result has characteristics such as uniqueness, symmetry, validity, additivity, thus both satisfies the fair losses allocation request, and may effectively irritate electricity market, is suitable for any structure and running mode of power system.
