Abstract
The effects of impulse radiation on human cells are presented. The chromatin state in interphase nucleus of human buccal epithelium cell was investigated as a parameter indicating the state of cell. For these investigations the original method of image processing was elaborated. It was shown that heterochromatin granule quantity increases under the influence of radiation
