Cooperative performance system with information on feelings

This paper describes a cooperative performance system on musical ensemble with information on feelings. Although these systems have developed from a logical viewpoint over the past a decade, there are few systems which consider the psychological point of view. To realize more intimate cooperation between agents and humans, we take notice of the information on feelings, such as user´s personal taste and mental state. “Attention level” is proposed for considering the characteristics of communication between agents and human. A prototype system with “attention level” was developed for evaluation and it was confirmed that users were adequately satisfied with playing with agents
