Abstract
Using plane wave decomposition the influence of finiteness of the antenna aperture on wideband signals of microwave introscopy has been considered. Distortions of the frequency characteristic and change of the form of the synthesized spatial signal of reflection have been considered under reduction of the size of the antenna aperture and under reduction of distance up to target. The opportunity of occurrence of additional false peaks in the spatial signal has been demonstrated
