Abstract :
In the report the way of realization of the measurement chain according to the all-Union State Standard 8.540-2004 in Ukraine is stated. The basic element of such measurement chain is the original Ukrainian etalon (standard) of the pulse electrical and magnetic fields units. The report contains the information on the technical solutions of the etalon elements, the procedure of its certification and main technical performance. The etalon is a high-voltage pulse device with extreme temporal parameters. The amplitude of the electrical field pulses range has a band of 1 V/m to 200 kV/m, and the amplitude of the magnetic field pulses range covers the band of 10 mA/m to 50 A/m. The pulse rise time is less than 10-9 s. In the report ways of the etalon application area widening for the certification and calibration of the high pulse voltages and currents are put for discussion
