Abstract :
A novel 2.4 GHz metal-mount tag antenna has been designed and tested successfully. Low profile of 3mm is achieved. It can work reliably mounting on different metallic surfaces with a high antenna gain of 5 dBi and impedance stability (VSWR < 2) within the bandwidth required.
