Abstract
The results of computer modelling are described on the basis of the previously obtained and experimentally verified data. It is deduced that in powerful relativist klystron of 3-cm range it is possible to realize a regime with efficiency of about 80 % (electronic efficiency 90%) at power of 100-200 MW
