Abstract :
The process of interaction between electromagnetic radiation at millimetric and submillimetric wavelength range and photo induced inhomogeneous semiconductor plasma is considered. Under VKB assumption and diffusion equation, the complex dispersion equation is derived which determines attenuation and phase of electromagnetic wave in dependence on intensity of laser radiation, electromagnetic wave frequency, surface recombination rate and thickness of the semiconductor to be filled in the waveguide
