Abstract :
As the operating frequencies of electric equipment continues to rise, so does noise frequency. At some point engineering is being forced to take new measures to solve the high frequency noise issue. Conventional countermeasures (chip bead and cap or lumped constant type noise filter) are no longer adequate. This paper describes improved results by use of a surface mounted distributed constant type noise filter
