Abstract :
This paper puts forward a cylindrical staggered- sheet structure Tubular Linear Step Motor. The structure and operating principle are introduced. Magnetic equivalent circuit modeling is developed, and the air-gap permeance is formulated, the nonlinear equivalent magnetic circuit equation for the Tubular Linear Step Motor is obtained through mesh flux method. Finally, Dynamic magnetic circuit for the Tubular Linear Step Motor is analyzed by finite simulation element analysis software.
