Abstract :
Modeling problems for nonstationary heating of thin-film electroluminescent capacitors for pulse excitation are considered. Heating absence is established for luminophor and substrate. Luminescent film temperature are less 1 K and thickness of heating layer are less 50 mum for 1 ms pulse excitation
