  • Abstract
    In this paper, the FDTD method is used to calculate the S parameters of PBG filter structures, and the least square fitting method (LSF) is employed in combination with FDTD to reduce the iteration steps. To show the accuracy of the FDTD-LSF method, several simulated results are given in the paper and various comparisons are made for such demonstrations.
