Abstract :
In this paper, a design of narrowband cavity LTCC bandpass filter was presented, including basic synthesis, structure configuration and EM-simulation. According to full-wave EM simulation, insertion loss was less than 0.9 dB in the passband (34.5 GHz - 35.5 GHz) . At last, topology of the embedded LTCC BPF was in harmony with the whole LTCC transceiver module and can be realized very easily by LTCC technology.
