Abstract :
The numerical technique based on the combination of the mode matching technique and the fast inversion of Laplace transform (FILT) is proposed to investigate transient scattering problems. Since both of two techniques are error controllable, obtained computational results are very precise. We will apply the technique to EM scattering from a parallel plate waveguide cavity and clarify the scattering mechanism.
