Abstract :
This paper presents a de-embedding technique specifically designed to obtain a state-space model of an arbitrarily shaped boxed microstrip circuit via the state-space integral-equation algorithm. This method is based on a short-open calibration technique formulated in the domain of the Laplace variable s. Three examples demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method.
