Abstract :
The paper introduces a new type of coal chemical industry, the automatic coal blending network system. The system includes the field automation production center and the centralized monitoring control center. The field automated production center uses the PROFIBUS-DP protocol to build a network, connect every controller to form the control network, through obtaining the flux feedback value of nuclear scale and the ash content feedback of the ash analyzer to adjust to the transducer´s frequency. The centralized control center to use industrial Ethernet protocol to constitute network, every workstation by running the monitor software WINCC6.2 to connect the Ethernet module of PLC system, to realize centralized control and production management of the entire system, different levels users according to their own need to write separate images and data reports, the formation of information management system.
