Abstract :
Method of capacitance distribution calculation in a cross section of a micro-strip line is studied. The numerical solution of the boundary problem by finite element method was used as well as the calculation using preliminary conformal mapping of the integrated area. The used algorithms allow determining partial capacitance of the any discrete area of the cross section of the strip line on the dielectric surface.
