Abstract :
Modern full wave electromagnetic software has considerably speeded up the design of novel microwave filters, the prototyping stages have been eliminated. Here we have show that it is possible to design resonators which are progressively smaller in size and then construct filters from these resonators. Although the Q decreases with size, superconductors can overcome this limitation resulting in ultra small devices
