Abstract :
In this article for decrease confidence interval of experimental measurement data inductance of micro chip line is proposed to use Kalman filter. It is shown, that using Kalman filtration decrease confidence interval of experimental measurement data. Presence of this effect demonstrated competence using for special filtering experimental data end receiving from its more precise estimation of inductance micro chip line.
