Abstract :
Compact 100 Ω metal foil four terminal DC resistor has been developed (W56 × D56 × H77 mm3; 128 g). Twelve units were characterized and resistance variation was found to be small to suit use in national metrology institutes (<;0.1 (μΩ/Ω)/year; <;0.15 (μΩ/Ω)/K at 23°C; and <;0.01 μΩ/Ω in the humidity range from 35%RH to 80%RH).
