Abstract :
Method for synthesis for broadband switch power amplifiers and frequency multipliers is proposed. The method is based on generalized mathematical model of switch devices and characteristic parameters of ideal wattles four terminal unit matching arbitrary impedances of signal source and load. It allows choosing structure of characteristic functions for output matching function and finding its parameters.
