Abstract :
The Doppler frequency difference and regularity among the formation targets are firstly analyzed, and then the basic principles of the Morlet wavelet transform and its time-frequency analysis are described. After that, how to precisely get the amount and the Doppler frequency of the targets using the results of the Morlet wavelet transform is discussed in detail. After comprehensively considering the engineering operation and valid simulation results, a conclusion is drawn that the wavelet transformation method is optimal not only to get high resolution performance, but also to implement the realtime signal processing for multi-objects in formation because of its characteristics of high resolution, quick calculation, small amounts of data to deal, and noise interference rejection. In the end, the computer simulation and the data tests are shown to validate its feasibility and effectiveness.
