Abstract :
A kind of EWNI method is proposed in this paper. It can decrease the detectable SCR of small targets contrasted with normal noncoherent integration. To suppress false alarms, MHT method is adopted to reach the le-6 Pfa. The scheme proposed in this paper is suitable for S band marine surveillance radar to detect small targets in sea clutter.
