Abstract
A 0.6V switched-opamp multibit ΣΔ modulator achieves 65dB SNDR and 70dB SNR at 0.31 MHz signal bandwidth. A 5-b internal SC network based quantizer enables multibit operation under sub 1V conditions. The circuit is realized in a 90nm CMOS process using digital transistors and does not use voltage boosting techniques.
