  • Abstract
    Industrial production firms have over time developed tools and models to ensure that productivity is measured and understood. This article suggests the use of such a model, the SIMAP model, for software maintenance. This article also shows how data could be organized and categorized in order to fully benefit from the SIMAP productivity model
