Abstract
Obtained stable colloidal solutions of nanoparticles of silver, gold and platinum with an average size of 3.5 to 15 nm by the method of laser ablation of bulk metal targets in water. For further stabilization of colloids used in macromolecular SAS - polyvinylpyrrolidone and polyethylene glycol. The particle size distribution (TEM), the spectral properties and stability of solutions in time were investigated. The resulting dispersions are used for biomedical research, an additive in cosmetic products, and optical applications. In addition, the analysis of biological toxicity of nanomaterials was carried out.
