            Abstract : 
An 120GHz-band 16×16-slot array antenna fed with a corporate circuit has realized about 70% antenna efficiency including losses from 117GHz to 129GHz. 10Gbps data transmission with BER<;10-12 is achieved with an effective transmission power of -14dBm at a distance of 1.4m. The antennas could be extended for sub-millimeter wave and THz bands.
