Abstract
Load is one of the least precisely known elements in a power system, yet its influence on the power system simulation is major. Static load models, from measurements of voltage and powers, have been successfully used for many years at Hydro-Quebec. For certain loads, like paper mills, static models do not fit very well. This paper describes the identification of a dynamic voltage model for such a load
