Abstract :
Results of the temporal characteristics analysis of 9-10 years old children´s speech samples are presented. These samples were classified into relative groups “norm” and “deviation” by means of an expert evaluation method. The distribution of samples in the rate of speech was obtained. Temporal parameters, which can allow to get an objective characteristics of the voice signals and classify them into groups “normal” and “deviation” are discussed.
