Abstract :
This article presents a general approach to the study and implementation of a power convertor functioning below the resonant frequency according to the principle of zero-current switching. The analysis is based on a simplified equivalent circuit, from which expressions for the voltage and current of the resonant circuit are deduced. These expressions are then used to determine the transfer function of the power convertor and to dimension all components in accordance with a given specification. A design example and the results of simulation and experiment are given
