New type of hybrid locomotive

This paper is part of a multidimensional research into the world of mass transit in general and railways transport in particular. We will describe a major obstacle on the road to improve and make the train more popular, reliable, and cheaper. The result is a new type of Locomotive, the backbone of the Rail Industry. A locomotive that will fit much better the new operational policies and environmental requirement and remove the bottleneck provided by the available locomotives to the expansion of the Rail Industry in our country and abroad.
