Abstract :
Deep-UV cw radiation around 202 nm was generated by frequency conversion of a LD-pumped solid-state laser and a LD-based master-oscillator power-amplifier system. The maximum power is 0.36 mW and the wavelength is tunable from 201.5 to 203.1 nm. We measured an optogalvanic spectrum with this light source
