Abstract :
We have measurement the time-dependent electron densities in a relativistic electron beam (REB-) pumped HF chemical and KrF excimer lasers. An interferometric method with two wavelengths was used to probe electrons. The dependences of the temporal behaviors of electron density on H2-F2-O2-He and Kr-F2-He gas mixture ratio, the total gas pressures, and the electron energy were measured systematically
