Abstract
Due to some reasons, decision makers sometimes might only provide information with linguistic preferences during a decision making process. Hence, a decision making method must be found to deal with such situation effectively. In this paper, the problem of multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) with linguistic preference information is studied. Based on extended induced ordered weighted averaging (EIOWA) operator, extended ordered weighted averaging (EOWA) operator and linguistic hybrid aggregating (LHA) operator, an approach to multi-criteria group decision making with linguistic preference information is proposed. Finally, an illustrative numerical example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed approach.
