The system is based on a diode-pumped mode-locked Nd:YVO4 -laser, a synchronously pumped near infrared optical parametric oscillator (OPO) of KTiOAsO4 (KTA), and second harmonic generation (SHG) and sum-frequency mixing (SFM) of the infrared OPO and laser radiation
