Abstract :
This paper proposes a band pass filter having plural transmission zeros by using a grounded capacitive-inductive-capacitive configuration, and studies the basic behavior of the filter both theoretically and experimentally. This filter with dimensions 12 × 12 × 1.588 mm3 (0.027 λ0 × 0.027 λ0 × 0.04 λ0) shows 4.61% passband width around 0.686 GHz in theory, and the prediction is confirmed experimentally with reasonable errors. This filter configuration is suitable for an LTCC multi-layered technology.
