Abstract :
This paper presents a six-port reflectometer in MMIC technology with an operating central frequency of 15 GHz. The MMIC designed six-port uses four diode detectors for both calibration and measurement and there is no need to make absolute power measurements and to use a high quality variable attenuator during the calibration or measurement procedure
