E-learning and educational technology

This paper presents new ways of teaching, learning, researching in the academics. It focuses on the use of ICT Tools to transfer knowledge easily, remotely, with better ways of monitoring the students´ performance. In this paper, the teacher learns how to use simple tools to prepare many lecture modules, with global standards. The Green Energy is adopted in the sustenance of power supply for the period of teaching, learning, examination, and researching. Few countries´ National Educational Policies were reviewed to support Smart e-Education initiatives as against the present Traditional paper and teacher centered Education.
