  • Abstract
    Large electric field strengths can be measured in the vicinity of transmitting antennas and it is therefore tempting to specify high immunity requirements for systems that have to operate near such devices. This paper shows that this is unnecessary, and gives several ways to approximately correlate near field measurements with the immunity threat levels required by normal EMC radiated immunity test methods
