Abstract :
A CIMS(computer integrated manufacturing system) bionic reference architecture in chaos environment (CIMS-BRA) is presented, in order to meet the need of the enterprise to adapt the chaos environment. CIMS-BRA include the mechanical model and the bionic model, absorbing the thoughts and model from various advanced manufacturing systems. The active role of people is described fully. Its objective is to build the CIMS to be a bionic system, which is provided with the capability of self-adaption, self-construction, self-improvement.
