Abstract
Low frequency noise under cyclo-stationary excitation has received considerable attention recently. It has been observed that it is possible to have reduced low frequency noise under periodic large signal excitation. Until now, only semi-empirical models for cyclo-stationary RTS and flicker noise have been reported that only handle square wave excitation. In this work we report, starting from the basic, the analytical non stationary extension of the standard low frequency noise models
