Abstract :
The following topics are dealt with: high efficient power conversion for distributed generation and renewable power systems; integration and control of multiple power converters and system; power electronic converters and controls; distributed generation interfacing technology to the grid and utility grid and power quality; power semiconductor devices; applications of renewable power system, fuel cells, micro turbines, thermal power system - ground current suppression, DC injection suppression, and EMI filter design; energy storage, energy management, microgrids and hybrid energy systems - control, communication and monitoring of distributed generation and renewable energy; applications of new energy systems; and control, communications and monitoring of distributed generation and renewable energy systems.
