Abstract
This paper discusses a method for reconstructing internal resistivity and permittivity distribution from boundary potential and phase shift measurements at the electrode sensors that placed around the object. Two iterative reconstruction algorithms based on optimization of the Newton-Raphson method and finite element method were used to reconstruct the resistivity and permittivity distribution. These algorithms iteratively minimize the objective function to find the solution. To reconstruct the internal resistivity and permittivity distribution, the finite element model is constructed in complex field of resistive and capacitive medium. The reconstruction results from computer simulated data and experimental data are presented
